A back office that shows its work
A financial back office for the self-employed earns its subscription in tax savings the member never sees. This concept puts the number on the home screen, shows the math behind it, has an agent draft the quarterly payment for approval, and asks for a referral at the moment the savings become real. Styled in the visual language of Oxygen, where I led product from 2021 to 2023.

Step 1 of 5. Home: the savings number, every day
The problem
A back office for the self-employed is paid for by tax savings, and the member feels them once a year on a return they do not read. Value that stays invisible does not retain, and it does not get recommended.
The idea
Put the number on the home screen and show the math. Attach every agent action to it, with the agent proposing and the member approving. Ask for the referral in the moment the savings become concrete, not in settings.
What gets measured
Time to first savings shown, first agent task approved, and referral rate by trigger, with an experiment on showing the estimate before the bank is connected. The last screen is the view I would check every morning.
